Cancellation policy

At Roo Rooms Vienna, we aim to offer flexible and fair cancellation terms. Please review the following policy before completing your reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• After the 48-hour window, cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Long-Stay Reservations (28+ days)

For extended stays:

• The first 30 nights are non-refundable once the reservation begins.
• If a cancellation is made before arrival, guests receive a refund for any nights beyond the first 30.

No-Show

Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Modifications

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may affect the price.
Rate differences for new dates will apply.

Early Departures

Early check-outs or unused nights are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as:

• medical emergencies,
• government travel restrictions,
• safety-related issues affecting the property,

we will review refund requests individually and may offer flexible solutions.
