House rules

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please follow the house rules below. By staying at Roo Rooms Vienna, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 15:00
• Check-out: 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
• Please follow the instructions provided for self-check-in and key handling.

2. No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building.
• Violation may result in an additional cleaning fee.

3. No Parties or Events

• Parties, events, or gatherings that disturb neighbors are not allowed.
• Quiet hours must be respected.

4. Quiet Hours

• Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 7:00.
• Respect neighbors and building residents at all times.
  

5. Cleanliness

• Please keep the apartment tidy and dispose of trash properly.
• Wash used dishes before departure.
• Additional cleaning requests can be arranged upon request (fees may apply).

6. Respect for Property

• Treat all furniture, appliances, and equipment with care.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.

7. Visitors

• Visitors are allowed but overnight stays are limited to the number of guests on the booking.
• Unauthorized extra guests may result in additional fees or cancellation.
  

8. Safety

• Always lock the door when leaving the apartment.
• Do not leave windows wide open when unattended.
• Report any safety issues or emergencies as soon as possible.

9. Pets

• Pets may be allowed upon request (additional fee may apply).

10. Building Rules

• Guests must follow all building/community rules, including elevator use, waste disposal, and common-area etiquette.

11. Check-Out Instructions

Before leaving, please:

• Turn off lights, heating/cooling, and appliances.
• Close all windows.
• Leave keys in the designated location.
• Ensure nothing is left behind.
